Well, it's that time again - SRC time! Each month, as part of the Secret Recipe Club, we're assigned another blogger, and we get to pick a recipe from their blog to make. This month, I got Patricia's blog, ButterYum. What a wonderful name, especially since butter's so full of yum. :)

Going through Patricia's recipes, I had no problems choosing recipes I wanted to make. I did, however, run into issues narrowing down the selection! I liked her take on lumpy spuds; the Hoisin pork tenderloin also looked scrumptious; and who can resist some homemade strawberry gelato? However, considering the materials I had on hand and the time available, I decided on this recipe - Garlic Butter Shrimp.

I only made a few modifications to her recipe, and I'm sure it'd be a wonderful shrimp dish either way. I used a little more shrimp since I wanted enough for both of us and Bobert. I also used butter instead of canola oil, fresh garlic instead of dried, and veggie stock instead of chicken. Try this recipe for yourself and see how you enjoy it! :)

How will you enjoy this garlic butter shrimp?
