Perfectly combine pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and feta cheese into a swirl biscuit with Mediterranean flair.

Materials:

2.5 cups Bisquick
3 tablespoons basil pesto
3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Form dough by combining water and DIY Bisquick.
  3. Roll out dough into an approximately quarter inch thick rectangle.
  4. Spread basil pesto on dough, and then top with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
  5. Roll up dough into a log, and cut into 1 inch slices. Dental floss is great for this!
  6. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
