9 grams 1/4 ounce nutritional yeast
375 grams 13.25 ounces soy beans, cooked
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Combine all materials, making sure soy beans are well coated.
  3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until soy nuts crispy. Stir part way through for more uniform baking.
