Shrimp, cooked with garlicky butter and herbs in a white wine sauce for a quick and easy (yet impressive) shrimp scampi. (Thrown in some spinach too, if you'd like!)

Materials:

1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon oregano
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound shrimp, cleaned
1 tablespoon butter
8 ounces 4 servings pasta
16 ounces spinach

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Combine parsley, oregano, white wine, lemon, and shrimp.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter and heat garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp mixture and cook until done. Meanwhile, cook pasta following package instructions.
  5. Toss drained pasta into pot with shrimp, making sure pasta is well coated.
  6. Throw in some spinach and cook using carryover heat if desired.
