Materials:

4 cups greens
1 onion, diced
3-4 ounces 2 servings pasta
1/2 pound shrimp, cleaned
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup white wine

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Cook pasta following package directions.
  3. While pasta cooks, cook onion in a bit of oil, then add in remaining materials.
  4. Cook until shrimp is done. Remove from heat and mix materials with pasta.
