The seasonings and sauces I used here serve more as recommendations than commandments; I've definitely used whichever combinations and flavors suited me more at the time. You could use soy sauce, grated ginger, garlic, or any of a variety of seasonings to customize it. Materials:

1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 tablespoons Italian Dressing Seasoning
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Toss zucchini with Italian Dressing Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Heat oil in pan, and then add zucchini.
  4. Stir fry until desired tenderness reached.
  5. (optional) Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
