Since we were going camping again, and foil pack meals worked well last time, I figured we could make different foil packs. I thought about Everything Soup, but soup doesn't work too well in foil pack form. So instead, I took the components of Everything Soup and just didn't add any water. I figured between the tomato soup, mushrooms, and onions, there'd be enough moisture. In fact, we even had a bit of "soup" in each foil pack once they were cooked.
I used a triple layer of foil at the bottom, mostly due to miscalculation, and I think it worked out pretty well. I'd recommend at least a double layer to prevent ashes getting into the food or leakage. Give it a try and see what you think. :)
