I’m surprised this Mung Bean Soup is still in the top 5 with this cooler weather, but I guess I shouldn’t be since it’s also awesome warm! It’s an easy and refreshing dessert or snack soup made with green mung beans and a little sugar.

Well, this one is a complete surprise to me. I would never have thought Bitter Melon would make the Top 5 This Month in .... well, ever. But here it is, and at #2! It’s indeed a unique stirfry featuring beef and bitter melon flavored with garlic and ginger.
And finally, last month's most visited recipe:
Morsels of Life - Egg Clouds

1. Egg Clouds

These Egg Clouds are a fun and whimsy way to eat eggs. After whipping the egg whites to stiff peaks, you could also add some cheese before forming into clouds, and baking with a yolk center. Don’t feel threatened – they’re easier than they look!
