Ever want garlic bread, but don't want to go out and buy some? Just make your own whipped garlic butter and slather it on as thickly (or thinly) as you desire! Also great for adding more flavor when cooking.

Total time:
Servings: 3 (1/4 cup each, although volume will vary depending on how much butter is whipped)
Cuisine: American
Category: spreads, sauces

Materials:

Mass Weight Volume Number Material Notes
113 grams 4 ounces 1/2 cup 1 stick butter
2 tablespoons 6 cloves garlic, minced

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Whip together garlic and butter to desired lightness. More whipping will result in a lighter butter and help increase spreadability. You can also add a small volume of a liquid oil (like olive) to increase spreadability.
