Flavorful banana bread made from roasted bananas.

Materials:

5 bananas
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups flour I used half whole wheat and half white.
1/2 tablespoon baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup oatmeal optional
2 eggs optional

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Roast bananas at 400F for around 10 minutes.
  3. Form Dry Team by combining flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. Form Wet Team by mixing bananas, sugar, butter, and (optional) eggs.
  5. Combine Wet Team and Dry Team. Pour into a greased loaf pan, and top with oatmeal if desired. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
