446 grams 15.75 ounces 8 carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Place all materials in a container, along with a bit of oil and shake until carrots are well coated.
  3. Roast carrots at 375F for 15 minutes. Then turn and roast for another 15 minutes.
