Kale chips, made more awesome with a spicy lime flavor.

Materials:

Mass Weight Volume Number Material Notes
1 bunch kale, washed and dried
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon chili powder I like chipotle.
1/4 teaspoon salt

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Tear kale into chip sized pieces.
  3. Spray with oil. I used a Misto.
  4. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt, and zest.
  5. Mix everything together, then spread out in a monolayer.
  6. Bake at 350F until crispy.
