You can use things like lemon zest, lemon v...Kinda. You can use things like lemon zest, lemon verbena, lemon balm, lemon leaves, kaffir lime leaves, or I would recommend ginger with lemon and lime zest. The flavor will definitely be different, but in my opinion, the ginger with lemon and lime zest combo comes closest. <br><br>Another option is to leave the lemongrass out completely. The lemongrass is more of an accent flavor, so you'll be perfectly fine without it. :)<br><br>Sorry for your difficulties posting a comment!
