Inspire Me Monday #1

Welcome to Inspire Me Monday! It's such a pleasure to have you join us. :)

Starting off with what I've been up to this week:

Melty cheesy goodness topped with green onions and crumbled bacon in a potato skin.

Layer some cheese, a griddle fried egg, and some ham between some toasted English muffins to make your own Egg McMuffin.
