Morsels of Life - 5 Friday Finds

You've probably noticed the lack of recipes lately. Well, what you see above is the reason! The tiredness of second trimester really got to me, and I haven't really made anything new or taken pictures when I did make something. I'm trying out a few new things and routines, so I'm hoping to get at least some sort of recipe out once a week, if not go back to my usual schedule. Wish me luck! (And happy Mother's Day to all the mothers!)

Soaked Granola Muffins

Starting off with the most popular! The soaked granola should make for a moister and healthier muffin. I might just have to give them a try. :)

Herb Potato Salad

I'm a bit of a potato salad snob too, but this herbed potato salad looks like it's worth a try. :)

Orange and Almond Quick Bread

I've seen a lot of orangey quick breads before, but I think the almonds add a nice additional flavor to this one!

Banana-Nut Bread Cake

I'm always on the lookout for different banana bread recipes, and I like how this one is a bread cake. :)

Gazpacho Green Smoothie

Gazpacho's one of our favorite soups from our Spain trip, and I'm thinking it might be good as a green smoothie too. :)
