Five Friday Finds #105

Morsels of Life - 5 Friday Finds

As the weather's beginning to cool down a bit, we've started cleaning up some of the plants which are finished for the season. I mainly tore apart the plant and root remains and mixed it with the dirt in a bag. When I lifted the bag, I found some baby earthworms!

Hope you enjoy these Five Friday Finds! (Images come from the recipes and are pinned on Pinterest.)

Parmesan Cheese Bread

You know we love cheese around here, so why not make this cheese bread?

Pesto Rolls

Look at these pesto rolls - bread and pesto yumminess rolled into one!

Tomato and Onion Tart

This dish looks like Tomato Pie made tastier!

Maple Pecan Muffins

Maple and pecan - what a great flavor combo!

Watermelon Lemonade

I know it's cooling down, but I just had to end with this watermelon lemonade. Gotta make it before watermelon's not sold anymore!

Hope you all have a fun and delicious weekend!

  1. Thanks so much for the shout out.
We do garden and my normal surprise in the garden is to be working and find a big ol' snake. I have found mounds of ants, baby bunnies and bugs that I have no clue what are. Our garden is done for this year and we've had so much rain the weeds have already taken over. When the rains stop and the temps cool it will be several days of good hard labor to clean it all out again.

  2. Wow! Sounds like you've found quite a bit in your garden. I bet the bunnies were cute. :)
