Cheesy Flatbread

Morsels of Life - Cheesy Flatbread - A very quick and easy flatbread recipe, made better with cheese.

Flatbread is one of those foods that I really like whenever I eat it, but I never really get around to buying it. Thus, when I found a flatbread recipe in my recipe archives, I knew I had to try it out! This recipe was not difficult or time consuming at all, especially since I had some instant flour mix, but even without the mix, it would have taken only a minute more! All you have to do is combine hot water with the instant flour mix, add in any desired seasonings, bake, and eat. It doesn't get too much easier than that! I don't know why it took me so long to try making some flatbread, but now that I've made it, I know it'll be making repeat appearances here. It's too tasty and easy not to make again!

What are some foods that you really like and never made, but then found out they were actually easy to make?
