Five Friday Finds #208

Morsels of Life - 5 Friday Finds

This week I started going to BodyBlast. It's a fitness group where you can bring kids! I've only gone twice, and each time, the workouts didn't seem difficult, but after a while, I definitely felt the soreness. I like it since I'm able to put in more effort if the workouts aren't too difficult, and I especially like how effective the workouts are. :)

Hope you enjoy these Five Friday Finds! And please link up your recipes below. You might even get featured! :) (Images come from the recipes and are pinned on Pinterest.)

Starting off with the most popular!

Pumpkin Ice Cream

What a great treat to get in before the weather gets too cold! Perfect for this fall season. :)

And continuing with the featured recipes!

Eye of Newt Chia Pudding

This chia pudding looks like one disgusting treat!

Meatball Stew

We all need yummy recipes you can just set and forget!

Honey Sesame Pork

This pork looks like one yummy dish!

Sweet Italian Sausage Pasta

Pasta's one of my favorite foods, and this one definitely looks delightful!

Hope you all have a fun and delicious weekend!

  1. Good for you CJ for working out with your little one. John and I like to walk twice a day or go swimming (we live in Florida and the pool is heated year round). Thank you for featuring my One Pot Sweet Italian Sausage Pasta, you're the best!

  5. I'd love to go swimming! We just never seem to make it to the pool. A heated pool sounds so nice right now. :) Thanks for stopping by and sharing every week!

  7. Thanks for featuring my Meatball Stew!

Working out alone is the best for me....but, way too easy to make excuses not to! In a group, they help hold you accountable. Good luck and have fun working out!

  8. I agree! I used to like working out by myself (or just with hubby), but I'm finding I'll actually do the exercise if I'm in a group more often. Just too easy to find an excuse if it's just me. :)

  9. Hey CJ,

Thanks for featuring the pumpkin "ice cream". I made it this summer when it was in the 90's and it sure didn't last long.

Do you think Bobert will like it?

    Thanks for hosting.

I always worked out by myself and was one of the reason I use to run.

  10. I can't imagine it lasting too long - looks tasty. :) I think Bobert would love this "ice cream!" We recently gave him some pumpkin, and the way he ate it, you'd think he'd never seen food before! Thanks for stopping by and sharing. :)

I do prefer running by myself, and groups for workouts. Or that's what I'm finding out. I'd always just assumed I'd prefer doing stuff by myself. :)
