Inspire Me Monday #49

Welcome to Inspire Me Monday! It's such a pleasure to have you join us. :)

Starting off with what I've been up to this week:

Mexican Corn Salad

A Mexican corn salad full of the yumminess of Elote - cotija cheese and chipotle mayo combined with sweet corn.

Japanese Sauerkraut

A Japanese-inspired sauerkraut flavored with green onions and soy sauce.

Five Friday Finds

Party open until midnight Wednesday - stop by and share some recipes. Maybe even find some new favorites. :)

Morsels of Life - Inspire Me Monday

Now, let's get this party started! Share with hashtag #InspireMeLink and you just might get some extra social media love. :) Hope you enjoy these posts, and don't forget to link up your posts below, and then link back here. (Images come from the posts.)

Marshmallow Buttercream

Starting with the most popular from IMM #48! Marshmallow + buttercream = yum!

And a few of my favorites!

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

With all the zucchini around, why not make some chocolate chip bread? :)

Greek Salad

One of my favorite salads!

Be sure to stop by each host to check out their personal favorites! Link up your posts below, and then link back here. :)
