Five Friday Finds #169

Morsels of Life - 5 Friday Finds

There's one purchase we've talked about for years. Yes, literally years. Buying a new bed. James purchased the bed we had back in 2004, right after he got out of college. It's been through literally more moves than I have fingers on one hand (and more than half the fingers on the other)! We could never justify paying for a new bed before. Various combinations of tuition, food, and rent took priority, mostly tuition. That and pregnancy, where no bed was comfortable :) Now, we finally got to a point where neither of us has tuition to pay, I've evicted the fetus, and we've saved up a little money. A few weeks ago, we found a bed we both liked and decided to splurge and get a king sized bed. They delivered it this week, and now we're loving all the space! I even have a nursing station set up in a corner of the bed, and the remaining space still feels so much larger than our previous bed!

Hope you enjoy these Five Friday Finds! And please link up your recipes below. You might even get featured! :) (Images come from the recipes and are pinned on Pinterest.)

Starting off with the most popular!

White Chocolate Cranberry Spiders

What a yummy idea to add cranberries to these sweet treats!

And continuing with the featured recipes!

Coconut Covered Oatmeal Bites

I'm liking the idea of covering these oatmeal bites in coconut!

Dark Chocolate Cherry-Craisin Oatmeal Cookies

Dark chocolate and dried cranberries are two of my favorite flavors!

Turkey Sloppy Joes

Maybe now I can satisfy my sloppy joe cravings!

Victoria Sponge Cake

I'm not normally a cake person, but that all changes when it's sponge cake!

Hope you all have a fun and delicious weekend!
