It's time for SRC again! Each month, as part of the Secret Recipe Club, we're assigned another blog. We get to select a recipe from the other blog to try. This month, I got Culinary Adventures with Cam. (She also happens to be our wonderful group leader!) I expected some good recipes from her, and I was not disappointed! I thought about making her baked feta, Indonesian fried rice, or faux Oreos. Well, I thought about those recipes until I saw her Parmesan Crisps. I've seen similar crisps before, and they've always intrigued me. I just didn't know how they were made. Now I did, and I wanted to try them myself! I only made one minor change. Instead of baking at 400F for 5 minutes, I found 350F worked better for me. Also, you definitely want to put the Parmesan on something very non-stick. The first time I tried, I used some aluminum foil. While the recipe works fine, I found removal quite difficult. On try 2, I used parchment paper and got both better results and significantly easier removal of the Parmesan crisps. :)

What's your favorite quick and easy recipe?
