Morsels of Life - Tortilla Chips - Quickly and easily make your own tortilla chips.

If you've been around here long, you know I like making my own materials. I've even made my own apple cider vinegar! Fortunately, making your own tortilla chips is far less time consuming than apple cider vinegar. You simply cut up some corn tortillas, spray with a bit of oil, bake, and you're good to go! I like using the smaller fajita sized tortillas and cutting into eighths since we like smaller chips. If you prefer larger chips, you could use the larger burrito sized tortillas or cut each tortilla into fewer sections before baking. Now I'm thinking a out making tortilla chip scoops! Perfect for enjoying some pico de gallo or guacamole. :)

How do you determine if it's better to make something or buy it?
