I'd made Kale Chips before, but when I saw this recipe on Inspired Taste, I knew I had to try this flavor myself. I'll admit, this recipe first attracted me because of the chili lime combo. It brought back memories of lime chili ramens. The first time I saw it, I picked up a pack since I wondered how it'd taste. Soon I found myself getting the lime chili flavor consistently. However, I haven't seen this flavor since undergrad. So you understand how I just HAD to try these chili lime kale chips. Not only are these kale chips tasty, they're also much healthier than ramen! Give these kale chips a try and see what you think.
