January’s just about over now. It’s hard to believe the first month of 2012 is gone already! This month started off really cold (or maybe it just felt cold after visiting NC), but it seems to have warmed up a bit towards the end. I’ve got no complaints with a mild winter here!
Without further ado, here's the Top 5 most visited recipes last month!

No stranger to these "Top 5" lists, you’ve got to give Tater Coins a try! Not only are these tater coins quick and easy, but they’re tasty too! You can almost think of them as lazy waffle fries, and you know how much everyone loves waffle fries. :)
3. Egg CloudsPin It
One of my personal favorites, Egg Clouds made the top 5 list again this month! These eggs are just so fun and whimsy. They might look hard to make, but fortunately, they’re actually quite easy.
