|bell peppers||I only used green peppers here since it’s what I had, but given a choice, I like to use a variety of colors.|
|beef, cut into strips|
- Cook garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until mostly done, then add soy sauce.
- Add onions and allow those to cook partially.
- Add peppers and sesame seeds and cook until finished.
